The GreeceMonkey Group was started in 2001 with MALIA.CO.UK since that time we have obtained over 300 domain names all relating to Greece, they range from the smaller scenic islands to the party resorts of Crete & Rhodes. 

Each domain has an individual websites; these are then broken down into resorts and categories of interest.  Some of the larger towns i.e. Malia, Laganas, and Ayia Napa have their own domain names i.e. www.go2laganas.co.uk

The amount of people visiting our websites is doubling every year, with an expected total number of visitors for 2007 to be 32 million people showing an interest in Greece and its numerous Islands.

The primary idea was to provide an unbiased view of all the Islands and Resorts, so with this in mind, we offer each tourism related business in any of the Greek Islands FREE advertising, as well as the option to upgrade to a designed website, either hosted on a GreeceMonkey domain or on a domain relating to their business on either a .gr, .eu, .co.uk, or .com.

To ensure that we offer the complete package of information that tourists need to decide where in Greece they would like to go, apart from the individual categories which cover everything from how to get there, where to stay, what to see and which restaurants to visit, there is also the following:- 

• Forums for each island covering many subjects, which enables visitors to chat about the place they would like to visit, with people who have either been there before, or who live there.  

• Picture gallery with a picture of the day.

• Feedback not only on the resorts, but on hotels, restaurants, beaches, bars etc to give you a better idea of where visitors would like to go and what they would like to do.
